"Jewels of the Baltic": Riga

1230. Riga, Latvia: This one was a last minute placement after already getting back to our ship to embark and realizing we had forgotten about it. So, to find where we dropped off this one, just go to the cruise ship dock near the Vansu Bridge on the Daugava River, less than a ten-minute walk from the center of Old Town Riga. Instead of taking the stairway up and over the pedestrian bridge as if to cross the street back towards Vecriga, simply walk around the bottom of the staircase to the side by the red elevator and look in the first indent on that side of the wall to see where we left this tiny 1/2 inch dark gray flat stone with Riga on back under a discreetly placed chunky 1-inch stone.
