1238. Lollygaggin' in London - stroll
London, England
9/5/23
We got pretty tired out from sightseeing and museum-hopping in the UK and Ireland this time through, so decided to take it fairly easy on our last couple of days in London. This final "travelin' light" of the trip we planted, therefore, just a block or two from our hotel in Sussex Gardens on the north side of Hyde Park and just a block or two from Paddington Station as well. To see where we left this little one-inch somewhat triangular stone with "London" on back, simply go south on London St. from the namesake bear's station to rectangular Norfolk Square Park where the "paparazzi pack" (four bronze hounds with very large cameras), are focussing on getting a close-up of a small blue and white Paddington bear! Look behind the second large tree to the left beyond them to see where we left our little stone on a short ledge about 2 and 1/2 feet up under several small pieces of bark bark bark!
