267. Twelve Little Pumpkins
A whimsical series of pumpkin carvings based on themes from some of our boxes of the past, available during our Little Rhody Pumpkin Party in Ninigret Park in Charlestown, RI on November 9, 2008, c. 2-4 PM.

N.B. THESE PUMPKINS REQUIRE COLORED PENS: ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW and GREEN.


1) Mount Joy Pumpkin - At base of small cedar growing through wooden fence on west side of Observatory

2) Mount Misery Pumpkin - Under stone in front corner of planter near back steps of Nature Center

3) Root Beer + Grapes Pumpkin - Under stone in front of blue water pump between two boulders along park road

4) Bacon & Eggs Pumpkin - Under mossy sticks in middle of lone tree in field west of pavilion

5) Triple Crown Pumpkin - Under rock behind boulder with Spaceport plaque next to middle refuge sign

6) Opuntia Pumpkin - Under evergreen northwest of the mosquito trap that is northeast of the playground

7) Blossoms Into Butterflies Pumpkin - Under south side of ramp of small gray building near pond

8) Nurse Log Pumpkin - In middle of multi-trunk tree on right at far end of beach up small path

9) Patched Whale Pumpkin - On north side of base of "Whomping Willow" on east side of pond

10) Ghoti Fishbowl Pumpkin - Under small log at base of oak with wooden sign "#3 Tee ->"

11) Pine Barrens Pumpkin - Under back south side of weathered disc golf building covered by cement block

12) Dancing Men Pumpkin - Under stones on east side of boulder with plaque placed by "Concerned Citizens of RI"
