757. Another Kiss for KS
A short rest break on I-70W for a "travelin' light” stone in central Kansas "post rock country”

Our westernmost Kansas rest stop box seems to have gone missing, so we planted another one more centrally located along I-70 W near mile marker 223 in Ellsworth County. For this one, cross the bridge to the north behind the rest area building and go to the picnic table to the east. From the western end of the table, take 7-8 steps back west to a ground level nook on the north side of a large cottonwood. Behind a carefully placed piece of matching bark, under a 3” triangular stone is where we placed this 1-2” light gray kiss-shaped stone with a KS kiss on back!
