917. Pepperidge Farm "Goldfish on Wheels" Finally Returns to Norwalk! Norwalk, CT

This sewsewbizzy box has apparently been trying to make its way back to Pepperidge Farm Corporate Headquarters in Norwalk, CT ever since we first ran into it at a gathering in Kingston, Ontario way back in 2006! It seems it was supposed to be headed back to CT right after that gathering, but one event led to another, and before long, the "Miles of Smiles" tour was over.

Until…we came upon it at a memorial gathering for sewsewbizzy in PA in the fall of 2018 , and said, "Hey, we can probably get that box back to Norwalk on one of our trips through CT." Even for us it took longer than expected to get going on the right track to get that box back to Norwalk as sewsewbizzy had originally intended, but we finally did it! We left the box on the north side of route 1 at the eastern edge of Norwalk, under the right front corner of a gray bridge that is almost directly east across the street from the Pepperidge Farm visitor entrance that then had a sign reading "Campbell's Snacks" on it. Just cross over through the small park with a large red oak surrounded by a circular stone wall a bit off to the south, and move a few leaves and one thin flat stone in that corner of the bridge to see where we finally parked that big old "Goldfish on wheels"!
