919. A Pair of Scandinavian Reindeer Snowflakes (2) - limited time

Part of a mini flurry of snowflakes carved by connecticut croaker and chicktiechick, now sent over to spend a little time in southern RI before the snows really begin to fly! Please pay special attention to replacing as found each of these graciously loaned snowflakes to make sure that we can get them all back safely to CT in time for Christmas!

For these two reindeer snowflakes, head to a place with a Scandinavian connection just up Old Coach Road a couple of miles from the Charlestown Animal Shelter to the gravel parking lot for South Farm Preserve on the right. Out in the field nearby stand the chimney-like remains of the Korpi Finnish Sauna! From the sign there, continue east to what Pete described as "possibly a good corral for some reindeer". In the far NE corner, find reindeer #1 tucked about 1' up on the west side of the trunk of a 2-maple, and reindeer #2 in the far NW corner about 1' up on the east side of the mid branch of a multi-cedar!
